The Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Both the Client and Coach must uphold their obligations for the relationship to be successful. A coaching relationship is a partnership between two or more individuals or entities, like a teacher-student or coach-athlete relationship. The Coach will not be available by telephone, or email in between scheduled sessions. Payment after that date will incur a late fee of 1.0% per month on the outstanding amount.ġ.6 Support. The Client agrees to pay the amount owed within 15 days of receiving the invoice. The Coach will invoice the Client in accordance with the milestones in Section 1.3. Expenses do not need to be pre-approved by the Client.ġ.5 Invoices. The Client will reimburse the Coach's expenses. Of this, the Client will pay the Coach $500.00 (USD) before work begins.ġ.4 Expenses. The Client will pay the Coach an hourly rate of $150. The Coach and Client will meet by video conference, 4 days per month for 2 hours.ġ.3 Payment. This Contract can be ended by either Client or Coach at any time, pursuant to the terms of Section 4, Term and Termination. The Coach will begin work on Februand will continue until the work is completed. The Client is hiring the Coach to develop a coaching relationship between the Client and Coach in order to cultivate the Client's personal, professional, or business goals and create a plan to achieve those goals through stimulating and creative interactions with the ultimate result of maximizing the Client's personal or professional potential.ġ.2 Schedule. The design for Square didn't change as much so it was hard to connect it to the phone to store my new data. I had to buy different types of earphones and products to attach to my new iphone. When I switched to an iphone 7, I couldn't use the tool anymore. The product was great to attach to my iphone but as iphones started to change in design, I could no longer use the Square tool that was given to me. I created invoices, kept a record of my hired employees, and had a record of all the purchases people made toward my products. I also used Square to keep a track of all the purchases customers made toward my product. It was a trend back in 2015-2018 and I wanted to order my credit card kit with the tablet. I used to keep it on my phone when I would sell my products and customers wanted to pay with debit or credit card. I like how I was provided the square tool to attach to my phone in order for credit cards to be swiped. It was popular for small businesses to switch to Square. It was a great experience using them when I made purchases at the store. During the pandemic, I doubt people were going to use Square as much as they used to because you have to use your hands to click on everything and navigate the websites on the screen. I could also get referral bonuses if I referred someone to Square but it takes a while to get used to. Comments: To keep a track of everything on Square requires no cost but ordering the products to keep a track costs a lot of money.
